Reactivating a Work Order Quote

From any IntelliDealer, hover over the Product Support link and select Service> Work Order Quoting from the drop down list.

On the Work Order Quoting screen, move the cursor over an expired quote and select Reactivate from the pop-up menu.

The Customer - Quote Header tab will appear.

On the Customer - Quote Header tab, you will need to set a new expiry date by extending the date in the Expiry Date field to a future date.

By clicking on the Calendar icon and select a new expiry date from the Calendar screen.Calendar screen

The Customer - Quote Header tab will appear listing the new Expiry Date.

Click on the Save/Close button to change the status of the quote from expired to pending.
