Reactivating a Work Order Quote

  1. From any IntelliDealer, hover over the Product Support link and select Service> Work Order Quoting from the drop down list.
    The Work Order Quotingscreen will appear.

  2. On the Work Order Quoting screen, move the cursor over an expired quote and select Reactivate from the pop-up menu.

  3. The Customer - Quote Header tab will appear.

  4. On the Customer - Quote Header tab, you will need to set a new expiry date by extending the date in the Expiry Date field to a future date.

    By clicking on the Calendar icon and select a new expiry date from the Calendar screen.

  5. The Customer - Quote Header tab will appear listing the new Expiry Date.

  6. Click on the Save/Close button to change the status of the quote from expired to pending.
