Accepting a Work Order Quote

From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to click on the Product Support > Service > Work Order Quoting.

Select one or more Quote Status, fill out the remaining search fields and click Go >>.

Move the cursor over the Reference Number and select View from the drop down list.
The Customer - Quote Header tab appears.

Select the If you would like to accept this quote, click here link.
If you are using VESign, only successfully signed segments appear on the Accept Quote screen to be converted to a work order. See VESign Signing Details.

On the Accept Quote screen, choose from these options:

New Work Order—creates a new work order using the information from the corresponding work order quote.

Existing Work Order—specify a work order number in this field. The selected quote segment is appended to the existing work order.

Create Work Order Parts Requisition—this checkbox only displays at the bottom of the Accept Segments screen if there are parts included on the Service Work Order. If selected, IntelliDealer creates a parts requisition using the information from the corresponding work order quote.

Click Save.
The system automatically creates a work order and sales requisition depending on the options selected on the Accept Segments screen.
Impact of Accepting a Quote on Existing Work Orders
