Work Order Quoting: Miscellaneous Charges
Use the Miscellaneous Charges tab to add miscellaneous charges to a quote. These charges are defined the Miscellaneous Charges/ Credit screen and can be a flat charge, percentage of parts, labor, or both. If a Miscellaneous Charge is not setup with a standard price, the system forces the user to enter a price in the Price field.
The Miscellaneous Charges tab can be accessed from the Work Order Quoting screen by moving the cursor over a Reference Number and selecting View from the pop-up menu, then click the Miscellaneous Charges tab.

The Information fields on the Miscellaneous Charges tab are:

| Reference Number | The work order quote reference number. |
| Customer Name | The name of the customer associated to the work order quote. |
| Status | The current status of the work order quote. |
| Location | The location where the work order quote was created. |
The fields on the Miscellaneous Charges tab are:

| Description | A description of the charge.
You can use the Search icon to search for available charges. |
| Price | The price of the miscellaneous charge. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Miscellaneous Charges tab:

| Close | Closes the Miscellaneous Charges tab and returns to the previous screen. |
| Save | Saves all current changes to the quote. |
| Save & Close | Saves all current changes to the quote and returns to the previous screen. |
