Miscellaneous Charges

The Miscellaneous Charges tab can be accessed from the Work Order Quoting screen by moving the cursor over a Reference Number and selecting View from the pop-up menu.

The Miscellaneous Charges tab allows the user to add miscellaneous charges to a quote. These charges are defined in the table WOMCHG in the Legacy system and can be a flat charge, percentage of parts, labor, or both.

The following is a description of the Information fields that appear on the Miscellaneous Charges tab:

Information
Field	Description
Reference Number	The work order quote reference number.
Customer Name	The name of the customer associated to the work order quote.
Status	The current status of the work order quote.
Location	The location where the work order quote was created.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Miscellaneous Charges tab:

Field	Description
Description	A description of the charge. You can use the Search icon to search for available charges.
Price	The price of the miscellaneous charge.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Miscellaneous Charges tab:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the Miscellaneous Charges tab and returns to the previous screen.
Save	Saves all current changes to the quote.
Save & Close	Saves all current changes to the quote and returns to the previous screen.
