Work Order Quoting: Default Printing Parameters
Use the Printing Parameters screen to modify the printing options for the selected quotes you wish to print.
The fields appear on the Printing Parameters screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Print Weight | If selected, the part weight is included on the quote, as well as the total weight for all parts at the bottom of the quote. |
| Print Part Prices | Includes the part prices on the quote. |
| Print Miscellaneous Charge/Credit Prices | Prints the miscellaneous charge and credit prices. |
| Print Segment Totals | Includes the segment totals on the quote. |
| Print Parts Long Description | Prints the long description on any parts on the quote. |
| Print Parts at Bottom | Prints all additional parts for all segments at the bottom of the quote. |
| Print Estimated Completion Date | Prints the estimated completion date on the quote. |
| Print Parts | Prints the parts on the selected quote. |
| Print Comments | Prints comments at the start of the quote, the bottom of the quote or do not print comments at all. |
| Printer | Select a printer to print the quote. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Printing Parameters screen:

| Save | Saves changes made on the Printing Parameters screen. |
| Close | Closes the Printing Parameters screen without saving and returns to the previous screen. |
