Parts Order: Multimedia
The Multimedia screen is used to provide links to any type of multimedia file (assuming the appropriate software is present) and is used for the purpose of presenting more information (e.g. equipment, parts, warranty documents, etc.).
Multimedia screen
The fields on the Multimedia screen are:

| Added | The date and time the multimedia link was added. |
| By | The user who added the multimedia link. |
Click the Name of the link which appears under the thumbnail to edit the existing link.
Click the picture to process the multimedia file.
Click the description to edit the Multimedia Links.
Select the Click here to add a link from the CDK server link to add a new multimedia link from the system server.
Click the Add an external link link to add an external link.
Click Close to complete your work on the Multimedia screen and return to the Parts Order screen.
