Parts Order Printing Options

The Printing Options screen allows you to print the parts order using any of the listed report format options.

The Printing Options screen can be accessed either from the Parts Order screen or the Consolidated Parts Order screen by clicking on the Print button.

The on the Printing Options screen, when accessed from the Parts Order screen, are:

Field	Description
Regular Parts Order	The report produced by this option is identical to the report produced when creating a stock order. A total cost for the order is printed at the end of this report. This option is usually used after all changes have been made to the parts order and the order is now ready to be released.
Manual Parts Order	If you are a John Deere dealer and you wish to send a manual parts order, select this option. The report printed is formatted similar to the manual parts order forms.
MD/FI Parts Order	Used to print reports listing machine down, fill in, or other types of special order parts. The report produced lists each part, the quantity ordered, and the customer or work order that the part was ordered for.
Print In Bin Order	Used to implement a cyclical inventory counting system. Every time a stock order is created, this report is printed for that stock order. The report produced lists each part sorted in order by bin. The physical on hand is compared to the computer on hand as printed on the report in order to find any discrepancies.
Print Sales History	Used to print the sales history on the parts order report.

The fields on the Printing Options screen, when accessed from the Consolidated Parts Order screen, are:

Field	Description
Print in Part Order	Prints a list of all parts from all locations in order by part number and includes a total line at the bottom of the list.
Print by Location	Prints a list of all parts group by location. A location total line will appear after each location and a final total will appear at the bottom of the list.

The fields on the Printing Options screen are:

Field	Description
Printer	Select the printer to print the parts order report.
or PDF	Create a PDF file of the parts order report, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer.

The reports produced are:

PAR007	Regular Parts Order.
PAR031	Manual Parts Order.
PAR070	MD/FI Parts Order.
PAR042	Print in Bin Order.
POR3831	Parts Order in Fax Format.

Use these buttons to complete your work on the Printing Options screen:

Button	Function
Print	Prints the parts order report.
Close	Closes the Printing Options screen and returns to the previous screen.
