Claas Parts Ordering

The Claas Parts Ordering interface allows dealers to leverage IntelliDealer to submit parts orders to Claas.

To use this interface requires:

Walkthrough

  1. After you release a parts order for a vendor with the Claas manufacturer code, IntelliDealer displays a Transmit button at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the Transmit button to launch the Claas Parts Ordering screen in a popup window.

  3. The Dealer Number field attempts to match the branch of the parts order to a configured Claas dealer number.

  4. The Order Type field drop-down lists the various Claas order types. The system defaults all orders to weekly. See Parts Order for the Type Options.

  5. If you choose one of the order types that allow for drop ship, you can select drop ship. If the order was generated from parts invoicing, it attempts to pull the address from parts invoicing.

  6. You can optionally enter information into the Note field. Whatever you enter is submitted to Claas.

  7. Part lines are shown in a grid below the header options.

    • You can adjust the quantity of each part. Doing so does not change the part quantity on the IntelliDealer order.

    • There is an optional Note for each part line.

    • Parts can be removed from the list using the garbage can icon. Parts that have been removed from the list are not included in the transmit to Claas.

  8. Once the order has been submitted to Class, IntelliDealer's Parts Order Submit button is activated.

    If the order submits successfully, a green message indicates it has been transmitted.

Consolidated Orders

Claas Parts Ordering is also available for consolidated orders. A Transmit button becomes available after a consolidated order is released, which allows access to the Claas Parts Ordering screen as shown above.

Consolidated orders must be submitted under a single dealer number.

After submitting the orders, sometime later, Claas will push an update to the order, which updates the comment to be Claas Order#0112881881, assuming the Claas order number is 0112881881. Claas also pushes a pending order receipt.
