Technicians Not Logged On
Use the Technicians Not Logged On screen to view the current technicians not logged onto a current work order for the selected Shift and branch Location (as specified on the Supervisor - Labor In Progress screen). This view also shows the most recent work order the technician has worked on.
To open the Technicians Not Logged On screen, click the Click here to see technicians not logged on link on the Supervisor Labor in Progress tab.
The search field on the Technicians Not Logged On screen is:

| Select Location | Search for a technician not currently logged onto a work order by entering a branch location. |
The fields on the Technicians Not Logged On screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Technician | The list of technicians not logged onto a current work order. |
| Location | The technician's default branch location. |
| Start date | The start date of the last labor transaction the selected technician was assigned to work on. |
| Start Time | The start time of the last labor transaction the selected technician was assigned to worked on. |
| Stop Time | The stop time or completion of the last labor transaction the selected technician was assigned to work on. |
| Work Order | The work order number. |
Click Close to complete your work on the Technicians Not Logged On screen.
