Vermeer Parts Availability
Use the Vermeer Parts Availability screen to return a part, search for parts information, or search for parts availability information from a Vermeer warehouse or parts order.
To access the Vermeer Parts Availability screen, from anywhere in IntelliDealer:

Navigate to Product Support > Parts > Parts Profile.

Search for parts, then click the Parts Availability button at the bottom of the screen.

Click Vermeer Availability.

Pre-requisites
You must be licensed for feature 6192 - Vermeer Parts Availability.
Once the interface has correctly configured, the Vermeer Parts Availability button is available on the IntelliDealer Parts Availability screen.

Screen Description
The search fields on the Vermeer Parts Availability screen are:

| Part Number | The number of the part you are inquiring about to Vermeer. |
| Requested Quantity | The amount of parts you are inquiring to order. |
| Dealer Number |
Select the location to make the inquiry for. |
| Currency | Select the desired currency. |
The fields in the Vermeer Parts Details section are:

| Item | The Vermeer number for the part. |
| Quantity | The quantity available at the location. |
| Available Quantity | The quantity available from Vermeer. |
| Expected Date | The date a shipment of the parts are expected at the location. |
| List Price | The dealer's list price from the IntelliDealerParts Profile for the selected part. |
| Currency | The currency used in the list price. |
The fields in the Additional Details section are:

| Weight | The weight of the part as noted in the IntelliDealerParts Profile. |
| ABC | The code identifying if supplemental information is available about the part, such as transaction history. |
| ABC Description | Supplemental information about the part. |
| Market Code | A code that indicates the discount (if any) on the part. |
| CNN | The CCN Direct Ship order number. |

| Offsite Quantity | The quantity of this part that is available at locations other than the current one. |
| Location | The current location. |
| Master Location | The quantity of this part that is available at the master location. |
| All Dealer Quantity | The quantity of this part available at all dealerships. |
| Subbed for | Any parts that this part can be used as a substitute for. |
| Halt |
Indicates any reason the part is not available for retail or other special circumstances that would prevent it from being ordered. |
Click Search to search for parts information.
Click Close to complete your work on the Vermeer Parts Availability screen.
