CNH CSPS Parts Availability
The CNH CSPS Parts Availability interface allows the user to search for various details on a specific part number. These details can include warehouse availability, pricing information, dimensions and shipping information, substitution information, reman information, and more.
Prerequisites: To use this screen, you must first set up the CNH CSPS interface. See CNH CSPS Interface.

To access the CNH CSPS Parts Availability screen, from anywhere in IntelliDealer:

Navigate to Product Support > Parts > Parts Profile.

Search for parts, then click the Parts Availability button at the bottom of the screen.

Click CNH CSPS Availability.
The CNH CSPS screen opens to the Warehouse Availability tab
This screen displays warehouse availability information. From here, you can choose to select another Dealer Code to search by, or view Vintage Availability for the part entered in the Part Number field. Additional information is displayed in these tabs:
Pricing
This tab displays available pricing information by order type for the part.
Two standard order types, Unit Down and DSO are displayed automatically. You have the option of selecting another order type via the Order Type drop-down menu, and the option of entering a Pricing Date to view data for that as well. When you click Search, the new information is displayed in the Selected Order column.
Weight, Dimensions, and Packaging
This tab displays available shipping and package information for the part.
Supersession
This tab displays available substitution information for the part, and any parts associated with it. You can also view availability for any part substitutions by clicking on the Sub Availability button in the bottom right.
General Information
This tab displays general information about the part. If additional information related to Product Lines and Models or the Bill of Materials exists, you can view it by clicking the Display link in the related fields.
Notes
This tab display any additional notes on the part, including extended description, dealer notes, or additional messages.
Reman Info
If any reman information exists for the part, it is displayed on this tab. New, Reman, and Core Part Numbers are listed.
