Parts Availability: Ditch Witch
You can use the Ditch Witch Parts Availability screen to check if a part is available at the Ditch Witch warehouse. The data on the screen is live from Ditch Witch.
You can add parts to the list by searching on the part number and enter the quantity you want to request. Then click Search Availability to get parts information from Ditch Witch. When finished, click Close.
The Ditch Witch Parts Availability screen can be accessed from the Parts Availability screen by clicking the Ditch Witch Availability button.

Prerequisites:

To use this interface, you must have feature 6231 licensed.

The Ditch Witch parts vendor must be configured with a manufacturer code of DW. See the Vendor Profile: Details Tab.

If using EDT Endpoints, you must reach out to Ditch Witch to get approval for your location.

If using or Activation Codes, each user must have an Activation Code from Ditch Witch, which is directly related to your profile's email address.
Setup
You can use one of these methods to setup DitchWitch parts availability, either EDT Endpoints or Activation Codes. You can only use one of these methods at a time.
EDT Endpoints
The easiest way to setup parts availability is to use EDT endpoints.
From anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Configuration > Interfaces > Ditch Witch > Part Ordering. Ensure that the Update to new EDT endpoints(Note:Ditch Witch Approval required) field is selected. This enables for all the users at the current location and no further configuration is required.
Activation Codes
Alternately, you can manually activate your account using these steps:

For each user, upon first clicking the Ditch Witch Availability button you are denied access and requested to enter an activation code.

To request an activation code, select the Request a new activation code radio button and click Submit.

Once you have received an email with your activation code, navigate to the same screen again and enter your activation code.
- Click Submit.
If the registration was successful, the Ditch Witch Part Availability screen is shown.
