Parts Availability Options
You can use the Parts Availability Options screen to customize the information displayed on the Parts Availability screen.
To open the Parts Availability Options screen, click the Options button on the Parts Availability screen.
If selected, the options behaviors are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Show All Branches | Displays all branch locations where the selected part is currently in stock. |
| Show Remanufactured #s | Displays remanufactured part numbers. |
| Show Cores for Remanufactured #s | Displays core numbers for remanufactured part numbers. |
| Show Inventory X-refs | Displays cross referenced parts that are currently in inventory. |
| Show Non-Inventory X-refs | Displays cross referenced parts that are not currently in inventory. |
| Show Part Substitutions | Displays any part substitutions for the selected part. |
| Show Part Prices | Displays part prices. |
Use these buttons to complete your work on the Parts Availability Options screen:

|---|---|
| Save | Saves the changes made on the Parts Availability Options screen and returns to the Parts Availability screen. |
| Close | Closes the Parts Availability Options screen without saving any changes and returns to the Parts Availability screen. |
