Miscellaneous Charge Selection
Use the Miscellaneous Charge Selection screen to select a miscellaneous charge for use on the Miscellaneous Charge tab.
The Miscellaneous Charge Selection screen can be accessed from the a Work Order Quote's Miscellaneous Charge tab by clicking on the Search
icon next to the Description field.
The fields on the Miscellaneous Charge Selection screen are:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Description | A brief description of the miscellaneous charge. |
| % Rate | Related to the Miscellaneous Charges/ Credit screen which indicates whether or not the % rate applies to parts, labor or both. |
| Amount | The amount of the miscellaneous charge. |
| Minimum Charge | The minimum miscellaneous charge that can be applied. |
| Maximum Charge | The maximum miscellaneous charge that can be applied. |
To complete your work on the Miscellaneous Charge Selection screen click Close.
