Signing off of a Work Order Within IntelliTech

Note:  
The security switch Access Sign Off in section 812 must be turned on in order for a technician to be authorized to sign off of a work order within IntelliTech.

  1. From any IntelliDealer screen, click on the Product Support tab.
    The Product Support Quick Links screen will appear.

  2. From the Service List, click the IntelliTech link.
    The Scheduled Work Orders screen will appear.

  3. On the Scheduled Work Orders screen, enter a technician's number into the Select Technician field.
    Click the GO>> link to generate the technician search.

  4. Click on the On link, on the Log on field.
    The Logged on screen will appear.

    Note:  
    A technician will be prompted for a premium code before logging off of a work order for a break, if the system has been previously configured for this option.

  5. On the Logged on screen, click on the Signed off button at the bottom of the screen.
    The Additional Information scree will appear.

  6. On the Additional Information screen, enter a premium code in the Select Premium Code field.
    - or -
    Click on the Search icon.
    The Premium Codes screen will appear.

  7. On the Premium Codes screen, click on a Code.
    The Additional Information screen will appear listing the selected code in the Select Premium Code field.

  8. On the Additional Information screen, click the Submit button.
    The Logged on screen will close and the work order status will change to Signed off.
