Long Description

Use the Long Description tab to load an extended description for a part. When an invoice is created for this part number, this description can be optionally loaded and printed on the parts invoice.

The Long Description tab is accessed from the Parts Profile, Parts Order, Consolidated Parts Order, or Pending Order Receipts screen by clicking the Update/View Profile link.

Note:  If the Long Description tab is accessed from the Parts Order, Consolidated Parts Order, or Pending Order Receipt screen, you can only view the parts long description.

Click Save to save changes made on the Long Description tab.

Click Close to close the tab without saving and return to the previous screen.
