Automatic Stock Order Parameters
Use the Automatic Stock Order Parameters screen view, edit, and create stock order parameters. IntelliDealer uses stock order parameters to automatically generate orders during database reorganize.
To open the Automatic Stock Order Parameters screen, hover over the Ordering Options link on the Parts Ordering screen and select Automatic Stock Orders from the drop down list.
The sorting options on the Automatic Stock Order Parameters screen are:

| Location | Sort the search results by location. |
| Vendor | Sort the search results by vendor number. |
The search fields on the Automatic Stock Order Parameters screen are:

| Select Location | Search for stock order parameters by entering a location. |
| Select Vendor Number | Search for stock order parameters by entering a vendor number. |
| Select Inactive | If selected, includes inactive stock order parameters within the search. |
| Select Source | Search for stock order parameters by entering a source code. |
| Select Class | Search for stock order parameters by entering a class code. |
| Frequency | Search for stock order parameters by selecting a frequency from the drop down list. Options are: all, monthly, weekly, bi-weekly and daily. |
The fields on the Automatic Stock Order Parameters screen:

| Location | The location receiving the order. |
| Vendor |
The vendor number for the supplier of the part. |
| Source |
The source of supply for the part. Usually this is used to break down the parts into different categories within each vendor. If the source of supply code starts with a zero and the vendor is DEERE (or begins with JD), the part will not be automatically ordered on a stock order. Valid type codes are set up on the Source of Supply screen. |
| Class | This field is used to categorize parts. |
| Frequency |
How often this automatic stock order is sent. Options are: monthly, weekly, bi-weekly and daily. |
| Comment | Enter a comment about the selected order. |
Click on a Location to open the Automatic Stock Order Parameters screen.
Click on a Vendor name to open the Vendor Profile screen.
