Troubleshooting OFC Reclass
Some reasons why a part may not get reclassed include:
-
Part Orders of Type TS do not perform the reclass function.
-
If you order a part and it doesn't get shipped, check the Do Not Order Code (of D) on the Ordering Information tab. If this field is set, the part is ignored when you run a stock order which means it is never reclassed.
-
Parts that are from Vendor DEERE or a Vendor that starts with "JD" and have a Source Code that starts with a "0" do not reclass.
-
Parts with a Source Code of "0J" NEVER reclass, regardless of vendor.
-
Running preliminary stock order from the Create Stock Order Parameters screen does not reclass your OFC codes on the Parts Profile. The preliminary stock order generates a report that reflects what the order would be if a reclass was performed. The preliminary run creates a stock order to generate the reports, but the order is deleted at the end of the run.
