Product Support - Traffic
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups.

| Access Traffic via Equipment | Gives the user access to the Traffic Management screen at Product Support > Equipment > Traffic. |
| Access Traffic via Service | Gives the user access to the Traffic Management screen at Product Support > Equipment > Service. |
| Access Traffic via Rental | Gives the user access to the Traffic Management screen at Product Support > Equipment > Rental. |
| Modify Traffic | Allows the user to save changes to a traffic ticket on the Receipt Details tab. When enabled, Save and Save & Exit buttons appear. |
| Access Part Add Ons | Gives the user access to the Part Add Ons tab through the Traffic Management screen by clicking on a Receipt Number. |
| Update Attachments | Allows the user to update content on the Attachments tab. |
| Allow ? Stock Number | Allows the use of a ? in place of a stock number on traffic tickets. |
| Access Stock Add Ons | Gives the user access to the Stock Add Ons tab through the Traffic Management screen by clicking on a Reference Number. |
| Capture Electronic Signature | Allows you to capture your customers signatures via an installed point-of-sale device. Captured signatures will print on the respective traffic tickets if the IntelliDealer laser forms overlay feature is used. When enabled, the select a Point-of-Sale Device field appears on the Receipt Details tab within a traffic ticket. |
| Allow Quick Add | Allows the user to quick add a work order or job request from the Open Work Orders screen. The Quick Add Work Order/Request link appears when the switch is set to Work Order only, Job Request only, or Either a Work Order or Job Request. |
| Access Multimedia | Gives the user access to the Multimedia tab when creating a traffic ticket. |
| Add Multimedia | Allows the user to add multimedia files to a traffic ticket in the Multimedia tab. |
| Modify Multimedia | Allows the user to modify or delete multimedia files associated with a traffic ticket in the Multimedia tab. |
| Default Listing Screen Starting Today | When enabled, the listing screen defaults to sort results from the top starting with today's date (newest to oldest). |
