Product Support - Rental Supervisor
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups.

| Access Supervisor | Gives the user access to the Rental Supervisor application at Product Support > Rental > Supervisor. |
| Change Rental Contracts | Gives the user access to the Rental Counter tab by selecting a rental contract number from within the rental supervisor application. When enabled, the user can edit/change information on a rental contract. |
| Access C.O.I. Expiration | Gives the user access to the Certificate of Insurance - Expiration tab accessed at Product Support > Rental > Supervisor. |
| Access Off-Rent & Not Returned | Gives the user access to the Off-Rent & Not Returned tab accessed at Product Support > Rental > Supervisor. |
| Access Units With Rate Overrides | Gives the user access to the Units With Rate Override tab accessed at Product Support > Rental > Supervisor. |
| Access Fleet Summary | Gives the user access to the Fleet Summary tab accessed at Product Support > Rental > Supervisor. |
| Access Revenues & Costs | Gives the user access to the Revenues & Costs tab accessed at Product Support > Rental > Supervisor. |
| Access Utilization | Gives the user access to the Utilization tab accessed at Product Support > Rental > Supervisor. |
| Access A/R Status | Gives the user access to the A/R Status tab accessed at Product Support > Rental > Supervisor. |
| Access Held Contracts | Gives the user access to the Held Contracts tab accessed at Product Support > Rental > Supervisor. |
| Access Rate Authorization | Gives the user access to the Rate Authorization Required field in the Rental Control Setup screen. |
