Global Security
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups.

When enabled, the Show Account Details for Row option is available on the Row Information screen, allowing you to display, print, or email the account details for any Customized Financial Reports. |
| Access Fin Report Journal Drilldown | When enabled, allows you to open the Journal Details screen for every detail line displayed on the Customized Financial Reports that have been added to your Home screen. |
Miscellaneous

| Identify Outstanding A/R in Inv History | When enabled, identifies any outstanding accounts receivable on the Invoice History screens by highlighting the outstanding accounts. |
| Allow Customer Icon Bar Options | Gives the user access to the Customer Toolbar throughout the system. The Customer Toolbar appears anywhere a Customer Name appears in the system and is accessed by moving the cursor over a customer name. |
| Allow CSV Downloads | When enabled, gives the user access to CSV Downloads for any listing screen that has them. |
