Product Support - Service Scheduling
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups.

Gives users access to the Service Schedulingat Product Support > Service > Service Scheduling, allowing them to schedule work orders using the Work Order Service Scheduling screen or the Technician Service Scheduling screen. The screen shown depends on the value configured for Service Scheduling Method, on the Configuration > Miscellaneous > Other > System Settings, Location tab . The display is either the Technician Service Scheduling screen (Technician) or Work Order Service Scheduling screen (Work Order) . |
