Wireless Inventory
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups.

Access Parts Inventory Control | Allows the user to access the Part Inventory Control menu. |
Access Parts Count | Allows the user to access the Part Count application. Counts can be done using one of these methods: Spot Check, Sequential and Count File. The Spot Check application utilizes barcode scanning. This application interfaces with the IntelliDealer Inventory Count system where reporting and updating can be performed. |
Access Parts Receipting | Allows the user to access the Part Receipting application. This system allows you to receipt any order (eg. stock orders, special orders, etc.) using barcode scanning. This application interfaces with the IntelliDealer Pending Order Receipts system where the updating can be performed. |
Access Picking List | Allows the user to access the Picking List application. This program allows the user to create a pick list of part numbers using barcode scanning which can be imported into any parts screen using the Import button. |
Access Quick Check | Allows the user to access the Quick Check application. This program uses barcode scanning to show details about a specific part. |
Access Stock Movement | Allows the user to access the Stock Movement application. This program is used to quickly modify the bin location (or alternate bin) of a part in the parts master file without having to go to Parts Profile. |
Access Shop Parts Return | Allows the user to access the Shop Parts Returns application. This program is used to return parts that were previously requisitioned to a work order (eg. off site service work). |
Access Equipment Inventory Control | Allows the user to access the Equipment Inventory Control screen through Wireless Inventory CNTRL |
Access Quick Lookup | Allows the user to access the Quick Lookup application. This program uses barcode scanning to show details about a specific unit. The user can also update elements of the unit including: Machine Hours, Branch Location, Yard Location, Model Year and Attachments. Displaying or updating a unit in the Quick Lookup application updates the last count date and method in the Equipment System. |
Access Unit Update | Allows the user to access the Unit Update application. The elements of a unit that can be updated are: Machine Hours, Branch Location, Yard Location, Model Year and Attachments. Updating a unit in this application updates the last count date and method in the IntelliDealer Equipment System. |
Access Availability | Allows the user to access the Availability application. This program allows the user to specify selection criteria in order to display a list of units which then can be viewed individually. The elements on the unit that can also be updated are: Machine Hours, Branch Location, Yard Location, Model Year and Attachments. Updating a unit in this application updates the last count date and method in the Equipment System. |
Allow Shop Parts Returns To Signed Off Repairs | This switch works in conjunction with the Access Shop Parts Return switch. If the user is authorized to the Shop Parts Return application, this switch controls whether or not the user can return parts on a segment which is currently signed off. |
Check For Early Orders When Receipting | When enabled, the user will be alerted when a part they are receipting through the Wireless Inventory CNTRL already exists on an older purchase order. |
Access Storage Process | Gives users access to the Deere Parts Storage link through the Wireless Inventory Control system. |
Show On Hand Quantity on Parts Count Screens | When enabled, displays the On Hand quantity for the selected part when viewing a Spot Check, Sequential or Count File parts count. |
Access Order Picking |
When enabled, allows the user to create an electronic picking ticket for parts invoices created in IntelliDealer. See the Electronic Picking Ticket System Overview. Note: To create an electronic picking ticket, you must also activate the Electronic Order Picking switch on the Authorization List for Product Support - Parts Invoicing screen. |
Allow Verify Bin Option in Deere Parts Receipting | If selected, allows the user to enable bin verification for Deere Parts Receipting interface. |
Show Long Description | If selected, allows the user to see an extended description. |
