Product Support - Parts Utilities
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups.

| Access | Gives the user access to the Parts Utilities screen at Product Support > Parts > Utilities. |
| Allow Delete Master Price File For a Vendor | Gives the user access to the Delete Master Price File Records For Vendor link on the Parts Utilities screen which, in turn, allows them to delete all part records associated to a specific vendor from the PARTPRC and PRUCONT files. |
| Allow PARTMAST Import Update | Gives the user access to the PARTMAST Import Update link at Product Support > Parts > Utilities. |
| Allow Change Parts Information | Gives the user access to the Change Parts Information link at Product Support > Parts > Utilities. |
| Allow Increase Miscellaneous Part On Hand | Gives the user access to the Increase Miscellaneous Part On Hand link at Product Support > Parts > Utilities. |
| Allow Upload Parts Conversion File | Gives the user access to the Upload Parts Conversion File link at Product Support > Parts > Utilities. |
| Allow Parts Deletion Run |
Gives the user access to the Parts Deletion Run link at Product Support > Parts > Utilities which, in turn, allows them to delete multiple parts from the system. Only parts that have no On Hand, On Order, or On Back Order quantities may be deleted. When the Parts Deletion Run is performed, reports is generated listing all the parts that were successfully deleted and another one listing all the parts that could not be deleted. |
| Allows Parts Cross Reference File Upload | Gives the user access to the Upload Parts Cross Reference File link at Product Support > Parts > Utilities. |
