817 - Product Support - Time Card Entry
To access the Work With Security Switches screen, click the link for the desired system or switch. You can control access to the security switch for individual users or user groups.

| Access | Gives the user access to the Time Card Entry screen at Product Support > Service > Time Card Entry. |
| Key Hours With Decimal Point | When entering hours on the Time Card Entry screen, enabling this switch requires the user to enter the Hours fields with a decimal point. |
| Display Rate/Hour | Displays the Base Rate/Hours field on the Time Card Entry screen. |
| Display Additional Detail Line | When enabled, on the Time Card Entry screen a second line of information below the text entry fields displays the technician's name, the customer's name, work order history, description, hours charges, base rate/hours, make and model. |
| Allow Hours to be Posted to Sign off Repairs | Allows the user to post labor to a repair work order segment that has a status of signed off. |
