DTF Parts Receipt
Use the DTF Parts Receipt screen to add a new DTF part receipt.
The DTF Parts Receipt screen can be accessed from the DTF Parts Receipts screen by clicking the Need to create a new receipt? Click here to add link.
Fields on the DTF Parts Receipt screen are:

| Packing Slip | The packing slip number for the DTF parts receipt. |
| Date Received | The date the DTF parts receipt was received. |
| Time Received | The time the DTF parts receipt was received. |
| Line | The line number, indicating a part's line location on the receipt. |
| Part Number | The part number that was received as part of the order. |
| Description | A brief description of the part. |
| Quantity | The number of parts ordered. |
| Order Type | The order type code, which describes the type of order (e.g. machine down, MD). |
| Cost | The net cost of the part. |
| PO Number | The purchase order number. |
Click Delete to delete the DTF parts receipt.
Click Continue to save the DTF parts receipt and open the DTF Parts Receipt screen.
Click Save to save changes made to the DTF Parts Receipt screen.
Click Save & Close to save changes made to the DTF Parts Receipt screen, close the screen, and return to the DTF Parts Receipts screen.
Click Close to close the DTF Parts Receipt screen without creating a receipt and return to the DTF Parts Receipts screen.
