DTF Parts Receipt

The DTF Parts Receipt screen can be accessed from the DTF Parts Receipts screen by clicking on the Need to create a new receipt? Click here to add link.

The DTF Parts Receipt screen allows you to add a new DTF part receipt.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the DTF Parts Receipt screen:

Field	Description
Packing Slip	The packing slip number for the DTF parts receipt.
Date Received	The date the DTF parts receipt was received.
Time Received	The time the DTF parts receipt was received.
Line	The line number, indicating a part's line location on the receipt.
Part Number	The part number that was received as apart of the order.
Description	A brief description of the part.
Quantity	The number of parts ordered.
Order Type	The order type code, which describes the type of order (e.g. machine down, MD).
Cost	The net cost of the part.
PO Number	The purchase order number.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the DTF Parts Receipt screen:

Button	Function
Delete	Deletes the DTF parts receipt.
Continue	Saves the DTF parts receipt and opens the DTF Parts Receipt screen.
Save	Saves changes made to the DTF Parts Receipt screen.
Save & Close	Saves changes made to the DTF Parts Receipt screen and closes the screen and returns to the DTF Parts Receipts screen.
Close	Closes the DTF Parts Receipt screen without creating a receipt and returns to the DTF Parts Receipts screen.
