The Select Parent Part Number screen can be accessed from the DTF Parts Receipt screen by moving the cursor over a highlighted Part Number (indicating replacement parts) and selecting Replacement from the pop-up menu.

The Select Parent Part Number screen allows you to replace a part on the PO.

The following is a description of the search field that appears on the Select Parent Part Number screen:

Field	Description
Select Part Number	Search for a replacement part number by entering a parent or original part number.

The following is a description of the fields that appear on the Select Parent Part Number screen:

Field	Description
Part Number	The replacement or substitute part number.
Description	A brief description of the replacement or substitute part number.
Ordered	The amount of parts currently on order.
Outstanding	The number of parts outstanding.

Click on a Part Number to open the Subs screen.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Select Parent Part Number screen:

Button	Function
Close	Closes the Select Parent Part Number screen and returns to the DTF Parts Receipt screen.
