CNH CSPS Invoice Inquiry
Use the Invoice Inquiry screen to search for invoices issued by CNH for parts order placed by the dealer. You can also use this information to cross-reference shipping information for invoices and pull up more shipping information in the CSPS Shipping Details Inquiry interface.
Prerequisites: To use this screen, you must first set up the CNH CSPS interface. See CNH CSPS Interface.

To access Buyback Management, navigate to Product Support > Parts > Parts Ordering. In the top right corner of the screen, hover over Ordering Options and select CSPS Invoice Inquiry.

You can use the above screen to search for CNH parts order invoices by entering filter criteria in the fields. In the search results, click on an invoice number to see invoice details.
Click on a part number to go to the part details screen. Alternatively ,you can find more invoice details by clicking on the tabs at the top of the screen.
